Cancellation and Refund Policy
How to cancel or change a booking, refund deadlines, non-refundable fees and complaints. Part of the public offer under the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV of 16.01.2003 and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.
1. Deadlines and refunds
- 72 hours or more: refund less non-refundable items
- 24–72 hours: 50% refund
- Under 24 hours or no-show: no refund
Your booking confirmation prevails. Non-refundable: deposit, delivery and collection fees, add-ons and third-party charges.
2. Cancelling or modifying
Email contact@mockdraftered.com or call +380 637 209 3149 with your booking reference, or use the form below. A change is confirmed only when we reply in writing.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. If we cancel a confirmed booking, you get a full refund or free reschedule.
4. Complaints and your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991. Complaints: contact@mockdraftered.com; we reply within 30 days. Judicial redress and alternative dispute resolution are available under the Law of Ukraine "On Alternative Dispute Resolution" No. 1875-IV of 16.06.2004.
5. Data and provider details
Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. Owner details are published under the Law of Ukraine "On Information" No. 2657-XII of 02.10.1992 and Resolution No. 1042 of 05.09.2007.
