Rental and riding rules for e-bikes and e-scooters in Ukraine.

2. Riders and equipment

Riders must be 18 or older with valid ID; one rider per vehicle, no passengers or towing. A helmet is required for riders under 18 and recommended for all. Check brakes, tyres and lights before each ride.

3. Where you may ride

Use cycle lanes and paths; otherwise ride along the right-hand edge of the roadway. Use pavements and pedestrian zones only where signs allow, giving way to pedestrians. Respect speed limits, slow zones and restricted areas shown in the app.

4. Prohibited behaviour

Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use a phone or headphones while moving, ride on motorways, carry a second person, race, stunt or tow, or enter restricted or out-of-zone areas.

5. Parking, incidents and liability

Park without blocking pedestrians, driveways or entrances. Report accidents, damage or theft within 24 hours; call 102 or 103 for injuries. Traffic fines and repair costs caused by misuse are payable by the renter.

6. Data protection and consumer rights

We process personal data to perform the rental contract and store device data only where technically necessary (Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010; Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 183-IX of 01.10.2022). You have the right to clear information on price, service, payment and complaints, and to judicial or alternative dispute resolution (Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991; Law of Ukraine "On Alternative Dispute Resolution" No. 1875-IV of 16.06.2004).
