Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Provider

2. Eligibility

Riders must be 18+ and show a passport or ID and, where required, a driving licence of the relevant category. Rental may be refused if checks fail.

3. Price and payment

Tariffs, deposit and extras are shown before confirmation. Essential terms — subject, price, period, payment and liability — follow Civil Code No. 435-IV, Law No. 675-VIII and Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.

4. Deposit, damage and insurance

A refundable deposit is blocked at pickup and released within 7 days of return. Third-party liability cover applies, with limits set in the rental agreement. Damage or loss outside cover is payable by you.

5. Traffic rules and licensing

Obey Ukrainian traffic law in Kyiv, Odesa and Lviv, including parking and speed rules; fines are yours. Scooter rental needs no tourism licence (Law No. 324/95-VR; Law No. 222-VIII).

6. Cancellation and disputes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start. Complaints are answered within 30 days; you may use a court or alternative dispute resolution (Law No. 1023-XII; Law No. 1875-IV of 16.06.2004).

7. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data to perform the contract (Law No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010). Storing or accessing information on your device needs consent, except strictly technical storage (Law No. 183-IX of 01.10.2022).
